Financial & Insurance

Fees for treatment depend on each individual and their treatment needs. In an effort to make orthodontic treatment affordable for our patients, we have established some options for you:

  • Payment in Full – If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.

  • Payment Plans – To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. We offer a flexible no-interest payment plan determined by the cost and length of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Insurance/Medicaid (DSHS)

If you have orthodontic insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We bill insurance companies as a courtesy. It is the subscriber's responsibility to know their benefits. If for any reason an insurance company denies benefits, a down payment would then be requested. Orthodontic benefits are not paid in full by the insurance company at the time of bonding. If there is a break in coverage or you become ineligible they will stop paying before the total benefit has been paid. If the insurance company has completed paying and there is an unpaid balance it will be the contract signer's responsibility and a new payment plan will be established accordingly.
